Do I need to wait for my physical card to arrive before starting to use it?

Yes, once you receive your physical card you will need to activate it before it can be used. To activate your card, you are welcome to use our mobile app or online dashboard.  You can also call our card activation line 24/7 at +1 (866) 535-2977 or our Customer Service Number at +1 (866) 535-2977 Monday – Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am – 12:00pm PT for further assistance.
