You can report your card as lost or stolen and order a replacement card at any time by logging into your account via our web application, navigating to the "Credit Card" screen, selecting "Manage Card", and then clicking the "Replace Card" tab.

You can also call us at +1 (866) 535-2977 and report it lost or stolen by pressing the star sign then the pound sign on your phone. A Customer Service Representative can assist you with designating your card as lost or stolen and replace your card after confirming your address.
