How can I report a lost or stolen card?

You can report your card as lost or stolen and order a replacement card at any time by logging into your account via our web application, navigating to the "Credit Card" screen, selecting "Manage Card", and then clicking the "Replace Card" tab.

You can also call us at +1 (866) 535-2977 and report it lost or stolen by pressing the star sign then the pound sign on your phone. If you’re calling us during our hours of operation (Monday – Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am – 12:00pm PT), a Customer Service Representative can assist you with designating your card as lost or stolen and replace your card after confirming your address.
If you’re calling us outside of our hours of operation, you will only be able to report your card as lost or stolen, and will need to follow up with us during our hours of operation to have a replacement card sent to you.
